The bill (Reg.
No.8715) improves the order of operations with raw materials supplied by
customer in foreign economic activity, and arranges conditions for the activity
of enterprises in this sphere.
The bill authorizes the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to qualify separate kinds of operations as the operations with raw materials supplied by customer in foreign economic policy, considering technological peculiarities of processing and on petition of the executive power body in charge of economic policy, provided the code of operations is not changed according to Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity.
